• By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that results are influenced by external factors beyond our control.

2. User Privacy Protection

• We collect only the information necessary to provide services and process payments: your email address, service links, and payment details.
• We do not sell, share, or expose customer information on any online platform.
• All data is stored securely in cloud infrastructure and is not tied to any specific jurisdiction.
• Engagements with our services are handled discreetly and safely.

3. Order with Confidence (Warranty)

We want you to feel secure when placing an order.

• All orders include a 30-day warranty starting from the completion of the service.
• Warranty covers only the purchased service.

Example: If your link originally had 100 views and you ordered 1,000 additional views, we guarantee a total of 1,100 views. Any growth beyond that number is considered organic and is not covered by warranty.

Because platforms frequently update their systems, we cannot guarantee performance beyond the 30-day warranty period.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Service Not Started

If the service has not begun within 7 days of your order due to platform changes or technical issues, we will issue a full refund in the form of a compensation coupon equal to the order value. The coupon remains valid indefinitely until redeemed.

4.2 Partial Completion

If an order cannot be fully delivered, we will provide a partial refund based on the undelivered portion.

Example: You ordered 1,000 views. If only 700 were delivered, we will issue a coupon equivalent to the remaining 300 views.

4.3 Coupon Conversion to Cash

Refunds are typically issued as coupons for convenience. You may request conversion of compensation coupons into cash at any time. We will transfer funds to your original payment channel. Once converted, the coupon becomes void.

*Exception to Coupon-to-Cash Conversion Policy

Due to anti–money laundering (AML) regulations, we are currently permitted to convert to cash only funds that have been transferred directly to our verified bank accounts or through approved digital banking channels such as Astropay, PIX, Wise, or IBAN. While we are able to verify customer identities for these payment methods, transactions processed via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) cannot be converted back to their original currency due to regulatory and legal restrictions. However, you may freely transfer, sell, or use your coupon to purchase any services on our website. Coupons hold the same value as cash and can be used without any limits or conditions.

5. Coupon System

5.1 Compensation Coupons

• Issued as refunds or adjustments.
• Valid indefinitely and convertible to money upon request.

5.2 Promotional Coupons

• Issued for marketing, discounts, or special campaigns.
• May have limited validity and conditions of use.
• Not convertible to money. Expired coupons cannot be reactivated or refunded.

5.3 Deduction Coupons

• Value is deducted once an order is confirmed to prevent misuse.
• For compensation coupons: if you cancel within 7 days, we can issue a new coupon.
• For promotional coupons: cancellations do not result in reissued codes.

5.4 Fair-Use Policy

• We monitor coupon usage. Fraudulent or dishonest activity may result in coupon deactivation.
• Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.
• When converted to money, refunds are sent to the original purchaser only.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for penalties, account suspensions, removals, or restrictions resulting from the use of our services.
• Social platforms have their own policies and algorithms beyond our control. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable platform terms.
• We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, profits, or customer acquisition beyond the stated warranty.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
• You use our services at your own risk and agree to hold us harmless from indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
